LAW406: Business Organisations
This unit examines different forms of business organisation. Particular issues are examined such as the choice of organisation; the incorporation of companies; and responsibility and accountability within the chosen form and minority rights. At all stages of this unit an attempt is made to evaluate the law in the light of social and policy issues, and to assess its effectiveness as an instrument of government regulation.
