Advanced Topics in International Governance - LAWS701

International Law provides an understanding of various international legal principles, rules, and practices, as well as their role in shaping and reshaping the contemporary international system. The goal of this unit is to advance students’ knowledge beyond an understanding of the foundational principles guiding the operation of international law and for students to develop an appreciation of the relevance and effectiveness of International Law in a range of issue areas.
