Neuropsychopathology - PSYN823
This unit involves the teaching of neuropsychological profiles characterising a number of different neurological syndromes including traumatic brain injury, stroke, substance abuse and the various forms of dementia. Assessment is via two assignments, one being a case study of a traumatic brain injured subject and the second a report in which students must demonstrate their understanding of differential diagnosis of the various forms of dementia.
