International Trade and Governance - ACCG952

This unit enables students to gain an understanding of the international trade law and governance regimes, including WTO/GATT, multilateral trading regimes, the Vienna Convention on the Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, letters of credit, the Unidroit principles, carriage of goods by land/sea/air, and international commercial arbitration. Topics to be covered may vary from year to year.
