Advanced Cognitive Processes - PSY462

Hot topics in cognitive processes will be discussed and assessed. Topics will include a selection from: processes underlying the detection and comprehension of rapidly presented visual information (pictures and words), forms of visual memory including visual STM, the attentional blink and repetition blindness, conceptual short-term memory and conduction aphasia, visual attention and visual search, cognition and action, inattentional blindness, and change blindness.
