PACE in Earth and Planetary Sciences - GEOS348
This unit provides an opportunity for students to work with local councils, local businesses and local, state and national parks in the provision of information regarding the local geology to the general public. An example might be the development of walking trails containing interesting geological features with appropriate signs, flyers and web based support material. Students will be able to demonstrate the application of the knowledge and skills acquired during their university studies to a real world application.
