International Human Resources Law - HRM333

This unit provides an understanding of the fundamental principles of international human resources law. The unit will consider how the growing mobility of people and organisations complicates the application of national labour laws. This unit is designed to provide an international perspective on many legal and ethical issues emerging in labour law and its impact on aspects of our society such as migration, climate change and human rights.
