Advanced Professional Applications Seminar - PSY971
This unit advances the knowledge and practical skills taught across the specialist professional psychology programs to prepare students for leadership roles in the profession. It meets Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) and Specialist College requirements for advanced coursework in Doctor of Psychology. Students have the opportunity to meet and network with current leaders in the profession, in addition to gaining knowledge and skills from the content of their presentations.
This supplementary unit is only for those students with a completed Doctor of Psychology who wish to complete a second Doctor of Psychology in another specialty of professional psychology and who are required to demonstrate the specific competencies of that speciality.
