Managing with a Global Mindset - MGSM879

This unit will equip participants with the knowledge and skills that are central to developing a global mindset. In a global context we need to be able to bounce back very quickly from the surprise of unexpected and unfamiliar ways of doing things to lead people who do things in a way other than our own. The course shall focus on developing the competencies to work across difference, develop psychological flexibility, intellectual, psychological and social capital for managing people who have unfamiliar ways of doing things. These differences can be experienced abroad or at home.
