New Enterprise Management - MGSM859

New Enterprise Management provides specific techniques and skills relevant to the management of new enterprises, providing an understanding of factors critical to the success of new ventures and options for increasing the success of new ventures. The unit addresses the questions "why will you succeed?", "how can you increase your chances of success?" and "how will you manage success (or failure)?”. The unit will assist those who are responsible for managing or developing new ventures in the private or public sectors and those involved in evaluating and advising managers of such ventures (eg financiers, analysts, accountants, consultants).
