Competitive Intelligence - MGSM846

With frequent global economic crisis and emerging nations fighting for leadership in global business, sustainable competitive advantage can only come from unique Intelligence, knowledge & understanding of markets, competitors, environments & people (leaders). Competitive Intelligence (CI) is moving beyond watching closer competitors to understanding industries, cultures and innovations in far corners of the world. CI increasingly brings a global mindset of knowledge, co-operation and competition from firms to establish their leadership locally and globally and is being entrenched as a key ingredient of strategic planning and decision making at all levels in smart companies.
