Managing Operational Risk - ECFS901
Participants will gain a working knowledge of operational risk management. The intention is to meet the growing need in industry for operational risk managers. The focus is on emerging models and tools for identifying, measuring, monitoring and mitigating/treating operational risks. Case studies will be used to illustrate technical tools and models.
