Biodiversity Conservation - BIOL887

This unit deals with the problem of conserving biodiversity as a whole rather than concentrating on individual species or populations. Lectures discuss the concept of biodiversity, the ethics of conservation, threatening processes, conservation planning, and management options. Tutorials focus on data analysis, biodiversity mapping, conservation planning, and class discussion.
