This unit reviews: - the legal system, including sources of law, legal institutions, and torts; - contract law, including offer and acceptance, intention, consideration, vitiating factors, breach of contract, remedies for breach, and sale of goods; - commercial law, including consumer law, trade practices law, principal and agent, property, trusts, insurance law, banking law, cheques, and bankruptcy.
