Geography in the Secondary School II - TEP426
This unit is an extension of TEP425 but focuses on the teaching of geography in years 11 and 12. It is intended for those who wish to teach geography as their main subject. Building on the base provided by TEP425, this unit provides students with greater depth, especially in terms of the teaching strategies related to geography's inquiry-based methodology (geographic skills, contemporary issues, fieldwork and the senior geography project). All work in this unit is closely aligned with TEP402 Professional Experience in Secondary School II.
