Legal, Ethical and Policy Directions in Health - HLTH350
This unit provides an introduction to the area of health law, ethics and policy. It is designed to identify and discuss the impact that law, policy and ethics have on the continuing evolution of health in Australia and internationally. Students examine changes in health and consider the contribution of law, policy and ethics to these changes. The main purpose of this unit is to equip students with the knowledge base, skills and opportunity so that they can engage in meaningful exchange of information and debate regarding this subject area.
