Trauma Theories and Interventions - PSY890
This unit is designed to assist students to become knowledgeable and gain skills in working with traumatized clients. In particular, students will gain knowledge in theories/models, assessment and evidence based treatment approaches in working with trauma populations. Students will also learn how to assess clients who present with trauma symptoms, as well as how to formulate a therapy program for traumatized populations.
