Managing Sustainable Organisations - MGSM985
This unit (MGSM985R) examines developments in practices that contribute to sustainable business performance. It introduces participants to the relationship between strategy and sustainable business practices, the international and national drivers for sustainability and the debates about sustainability, performance and organisational practices. The unit aims to: enable participants to construct a business case for sustainable practices; provide techniques to assess the impact of management decisions on the business and its stakeholders; and enable the development of techniques to manage the change associated with getting sustainability on the business agenda.
