Organisational Change for Sustainability - BUS860
Applying an interdisciplinary approach, this unit allows students to develop and demonstrate a critical application of their learning to sustainability in business and other organisations. This course equips students with a skill set that can assist organisations to meet contemporary challenges by being equipped with an understanding of the organizational change process. This course will examine the nature of organizational change, the process of diagnosis, identifying problems with implementing change as well the implementation process itself. This unit integrates concepts and techniques from a range of organisational discourses that influence organisational change management. These include human resource management, leadership and communication.
