HRM307: Strategic and International Human Resource Management

This unit requires students to examine key aspects of strategic HRM including: the development of HR policy that is aligned with business strategic goals; the contextual difference between industries, strategic recruitment and selection; the use of HR technology; and HRM at times of mergers and acquisitions. The unit takes an international perspective and requires students to consider the global context of the organisation and HR activity.
