BBA340: Cross Cultural Management

This unit examines the challenges to managing effectively in business environments when diverse cultures interact, both within and between firms. Particular attention is paid to managing increasingly diverse workforces in the Australian context, as well as to Australian firms that conduct business in Asia and beyond.
