Accessible Communication Research Project - LING981

In this unit, students will have the opportunity to investigate a specific research issue in their domain of choice within Accessible Communication. They can focus their research investigation in either Accessibility and Intercultural Communication, Accessibility and Translation & Interpreting, Accessibility and Editing & Publishing, or Accessibility and Disability Studies as an extension of their initial proposal in their Research Methods unit. This unit allows them to be able to survey current studies in their choice of research topic and conduct an empirical research study based on that to help them become more informed Accessible Communication specialists.
