Therapy with Children and Families - PSY917

This unit focuses on the acquisition of clinical skills related to assessment of and therapy with families, children, adolescents and couples, highlighting the dysfunctional aspect of family systems. Students will gain an understanding of some of the major familial influences upon the emotional, cognitive and behavioural development of children and the long-term effects of these influences.
