Mathematics 2 - WFMA002
The purpose of Mathematics 2 is to provide background necessary to study undergraduate business subjects which require some applications of mathematics such as accounting or economics. There is a strong focus on analytical thinking, inquiry and practical application to solve complex mathematical problems as well as a continuing emphasis on language development for mathematical reasoning and investigation. Topics covered in this course include fundamental computation and algebra, trigonometry, probability, series applications and differential calculus.
