Creative Process - DANZ350
This is a student-initiated project-based unit, which provides willing students an opportunity to work with external or internal arts organisations in the creative and performing arts sector. As such, students undertake an internship, placement or work experience with organisations associated with performance art and theatre, and engage with the partner organisation's work, by participating in performance, or set or concept design, etc. The unit will enable students to 'learn by doing', assisted through: an initial orientation session, reflective practice on skills and knowledge developed through the PACE experience, and a debrief on the activity, through feedback from staff members as well as professionals. Please note: this is not the capstone unit for the Dance and Performance major.
