Advances in Phonological Theory and Practice - SPHL704

Phonology refers to the component of grammar at the interface between phonetics and morphology/syntax. In this advanced unit we will make an in-depth exploration of phonological theory to examine universal, typological, and language-specific generalisations about the patterning of sounds systems.
