Strategic Management is the capstone unit that builds on MGSM850 and disciplines studied in other MGSM units. The purpose of this unit is to help you develop your own viewpoint on formulating and implementing corporate strategy and on the roles and tasks of corporate leaders. You will learn how to think and act as a leader, and as an adviser, to help achieve and maintain the competitive advantage of an organisation.
