This unit compares the major frameworks and concepts in the discipline of strategy. Key strategic issues are explored from the perspective(s) of the most appropriate framework(s) and concept(s), and problem solving techniques are employed. You will learn why organisations change their strategic direction, the importance of those changes, and the process that leads to such key decisions. This unit will help you develop your leadership qualities that produce organisations which are resilient and competitively sustainable.
