Advanced Topics in Law, Politics and the Constitution - LAWS703

This unit analyses the practical effects and understanding of the Constitution in Australian political life. It places the case law as determined by judges in its historical and political context, and assesses the interaction of the courts with the other branches of government. The unit examines varied public law issues, building on foundational knowledge in constitutional and administrative law.
