Advanced Topics in Legal Governance - LAWS702
The purpose of this unit is to introduce students to varied dimensions of legal governance. Markets, regulatory strategies, institutions, government decision-makers, industries and private actors have all engaged with governance issues. This unit will consider different aspects of legal governance, assessing the role of different actors and how their behaviour modifies or is modified by governance frameworks in a range of issue areas.
