Trauma: Legacies and Interventions - PSYS830

This unit provides theory and skills training in different approaches for therapeutic interventions in the areas of trauma, grief and loss, refugee experience and critical incidents with diverse populations including young people, children and adults. It also teaches theory and interventions with the legacies of childhood trauma (physical, sexual and emotional abuse, neglect) and adult trauma (dispossession, disaster, violence, torture, refugees).
