In this unit students participate in an overseas study visit to current-edge organisations, adopting a project-based experiential learning approach. The unit strives to provide a deep-level learning experience and strike a balance between academic, professional, cultural and intercultural learning. In recognition of participants' varied interests, this subject is approached on a self-directed learning basis. Study visits embrace various focuses on key challenges and best practices in the areas of socially-responsible global leadership development, government/business relationship development and management, international business/marketing strategies, intellectual property protection, knowledge management, talent development and management, operations and technology.
