This unit is a capstone unit that assumes knowledge of various frameworks and concepts from other disciplines and MGSM850. It is primarily concerned with the managerial plans and actions involved in organisations' quests to gain and sustain competitive advantage over rivals, how they might stay 'in fit' with ever-changing environments, and how they might best manage change. The purpose of this unit is to help you develop your own point of view on the formulation and implementation of strategy and on the roles and tasks of strategic leaders.
