Consumer Behaviour - MGSM819
This unit is subject to a quota. Limited places are available. Please refer to the Faculty for further information
Many products fail because companies develop them from the wrong perspective. Companies still focus too much on what they want to sell their customers, rather than what those customers really need. These firms are missing empathy: a deep understanding of what problems customers are trying to solve. This unit is designed to apply theories from behavioural sciences to gain a deep understanding of the many ways in which individuals behave and the factors that drive rational and also irrational behaviour. This knowledge is then applied to identify key leverage points for achieving business and marketing goals.
