Writing for Screens - MECO832
In this unit, students develop ideas for film, video and mobile media, taking a script idea through several stages during the semester. A range of script development practices from around the globe, and involving methods of working with text, images and performance, will be considered. Th unit combines critical reading and viewing of scripts and films with the development of the students' own screenwriting projects. Students can choose to work with fiction, non-fiction and hybrid forms.
