Legal Foundations for Leaders in Learning Institutions - EDCN848
This unit extends students' leadership skills and understandings in schools and other education institutions in managing the relationships between education and the law. The unit encompasses law-making in Australia, legal frameworks for education, legal obligations and rights in schooling, the law and the workplace, the law and student behaviour management, contemporary issues and the law, and leading the contemporary workplace in relation to the law.
