Postgraduate Research Project - BIOL817

Students in this unit work under the direct supervision of an academic staff member on a research project of their chosen topic. Students will design, manage and conduct their own research project, working with a high degree of independence. The project will generate new knowledge, advance scientific research, and will hopefully produce a scientific publication. The research project is the major core unit of the Postgraduate Diploma of Research Preparation (Science). Students wishing to enrol in the diploma should approach a supervisor, gain their support and discuss with them a suitable project prior to application.
