Logistics and Project Management - STAT321

This unit consists of two modules, project management, followed by logistics. Project management, topics include: network diagrams, Gantt charts, resource smoothing, resource-limited scheduling, PERT analysis, critical chain scheduling and time-cost tradeoffs. Logistics topics include: supply chain management, outbound logistics, materials management, JIT and MRP methods. Practical applications are undertaken using Microsoft Project.
