Introductory Polish II - PLH121

This unit is offered externally and has been prepared for students who have completed PLH 120 or who have equivalent language skills in Polish. During the course students will be developing speaking, reading and writing skills, and will gain an overview of Polish grammar preparing them for PLH125 and PLH220. This course uses a variety of delivery modes such as printed materials, recorded CDs as well as computer-mediated communication. An on-campus session will be held, to give students the opportunity to meet their lecturer and fellow students, to revise material before the exam and practice speaking skills and pronunciation. The unit is meant for non-Polish background speakers and Polish background speakers who need a thorough review of basics before they can venture into the more difficult program of the intermediate course.
