Theories of Writing for the Media - MAS215

This units introduces students to some of the major theories and movements that have had an impact on the way we understand the commonplace and seemingly unproblematic acts of writing and reading, including marxism, psychoanalysis, feminism, structuralism, deconstruction, post-colonialism and ecocriticism.
