Early Childhood Management 3 - ECH425
This unit explores the interplay between the micro-system of the early childhood setting and the macro-system of government and society, with a particular emphasis on higher levels of negotiation and strategic planning skills. A number of important concepts and debates raised in ECH315 Childhood Management I and ECH316 Early Childhood Management 2 are considered in greater depth. The main focus of this unit is an examination and evaluation of theory and practice as it relates to the leadership responsibilities of early childhood educators in early childhood services and K-2 contexts.
