Chiropractic Science 5 - CHIR315

This unit is an introduction to chiropractic spinal technique and extends palpation from the 100 and 200 level skills units. It further develops psychomotor skill acquisition learned in these previous units. The unit covers a çore' group of techniques and aims at proficiency of this core. The hypotheses and scientific rationale supporting chiropractic and its procedures are examined. Biomechanics of the spine and how it relates to clinical application is explored in detail.
