Advanced Science (Biology) 3 - BIOL388

This tutorial unit is for students enrolled in the Advanced Science (Biology) program. Special permission for entrance may be given by the Director of Advanced Biology for students with a special interest in biology; GPA above 3.2 is expected. The unit meets for one hour weekly to discuss hot topics and recent research advances in biology with a variety of scientists from a diverse background. Students must take up an opportunity to undertake a research internship in biology and produce a report (in scientific format) on their findings.
