Early Rome - AHIS310
This unit is a study of the history of Rome in the fifth and fourth centuries BC, from the establishment of the Roman republic to the time of the first Punic War. The work draws on Livy; other literary sources including Plutarch; and to some degree on the findings of archaeological research.
