Legal Practice and Procedure: Digital Evidence - PICT820
This unit provides an introduction to the legal context of forensics, nationally and internationally, investigating use of evidence, court procedure, rules and practice, precedents and administrative requirements. There is a particular focus on understanding of the principles of admissibility of digital evidence.
