Computer Forensics: Practice and Procedure - PICT819

This unit examines identification, verification and analysis of storage media in forensically saved matter, focussing on practice and procedure, principles of forensics, data verification and common work practices. It is an introduction into Computer Forensics with emphasis on the key elements required by a Computer Forensic examiner. This unit also focuses on the broad range of topics and is a catalyst for understanding and applying the concepts to the remaining units.
