Museum Studies and Information Management - MSM820

This unit focuses on museums and their historical, philosophical and social context, object materiality and audience engagement, and information architecture and access within established and prospective socio-cultural parameters. These themes are linked together by learning opportunities designed to provide the development of individual and group creative practice within current and emerging museological contexts through practical exercises in exhibition development, object narrative and information management.
