The World Since 1750 - MHPG856

This unit explores how the political, economic and social networks of our global age came into being. Beginning with the development of free trade and industrialisation after 1750, it looks to nation-state building and colonialism, revolutions and wars and economic developments in all of the inhabited continents. This unit will appeal to anyone who wishes to put their understanding of history and politics into broader context.
