Organisational Communication - LING960

Realisation of organisational structure in particular patterns of discourse and language use; the impact of organisational change on modes of communication and on worker identity, particularly in response to globalisation, demands for enhanced public participation, transparency and accountability, workplace reform; how discourses of information and policy are created, re-contextualised, transformed and re-interpreted for and by different audiences in the context of work across and within organisations.
