Manga, Anime, and the Representation of Youth Cultures - JPS824
This unit examines narrative forms and processes in a selected range of manga and anime productions. Special attention will be paid to: manga story structure, visual techniques and codes, telling and retelling stories, character types and functions, the production of subjectivities in "manga" and "amine" social worlds, diversifying media types and spin-offs.
